These SMS Terms govern the text-message program operated by Vertical Aminos, a brand of Vertical Collective LLC ("we," "us"). By opting in you agree to these terms.

What you're signing up for

When you provide your mobile number and check the SMS opt-in box at checkout or account creation on verticalaminos.com, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from us at that number, including:

  • Order notifications — order confirmation, shipping updates with tracking, and delivery confirmation.
  • Customer support — you can reply to any message to reach our team with questions about your order or shipping.
  • Occasional alerts — back-in-stock notifications and promotional offers.

Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You can buy from us without opting in to texts.

Message frequency & cost

Message frequency varies — typically 1–3 messages per order, plus up to about 4 promotional messages per month. Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan. We are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, which depend on your carrier.

How to opt out
